We have created this resource for people who are interested in building their own Custom Home/remodeling their present home and/or hiring a Custom Builder to build or supervise the construction of either. We also have the desire to become your building or remodeling company. Since the inception of this web site we have added much needed information about the remodeling business. Most of the information contained within this resource is absolutely free. As a new construction and remodeling company our goal has always been to provide the best quality product for the consumer at the best possible price. There seems to be no clear-cut information regarding quality products for the consumer. This site is intended to informationally acquaint you (the consumer & builder alike) with quality building from a Custom Builder's point of view. What This Site Will Do For YouWe have built numerous custom homes through the years and we have also built many additions and custom kitchens, finished basements and assisted many clients in every aspect of the construction process. All you have to do is go through this site in a diligent manner and you can see for yourself. Because of the present climate of the construction business in Michigan we have added an additional service to people in need of contractor services. Having been involved in all aspects of the home construction and remodeling industry we have created a division within our company which can work for both the client and us. If you the client are out of our general building area and are in need of any construction work for nearly any reason, we can help. We don't only understand the industry but we have an excellent handle on quality and pricing and timing of projects. Big or small we can work for you.
