When we have any doubts about our contracts or we are about to enter into any business transaction where we feel at all uneasy regarding the legalities of things, we always go to John Rumenap and at the very least discuss the potential problems with him. Money spent in the beginning of a transaction can be well spent if you run across problems down the road. For us it was difficult finding an excellent REAL ESTATE/BUILDER ATTORNEY in the state of Michigan. Real Estate Attorney's are not as prevalent in the State of Michigan as in other states. Having been in the Real Estate business since 1971 myself, I have a fair understanding regarding how difficult it was for me personally to find a Land Attorney I was comfortable with. Many of the people you will see in this site are people who we have known for years and we share an equal trust between ourselves to continue to do business together. Obviously they feel the same way or they would not be in this site. |
