Finish Hardware & Shoe Molding

Hardware and shoe is one of the final things you do before you get ready to move in.  After your floor is down you put in any necessary shoe you will need.  Normally you do not put in shoe where you have ceramic tile on the floor.  Your hardware is referring to your window hardware and screen and your door locks and handles for everything else.  Our trim carpenter normally charges us around $500 to complete these items.  Look at the examples below.  The hardware on the cabinets are installed and the shoe has been put around the cabinets at the floor.
