The process is not over when you move in. Normally you are still figuring out your decorator idea's for window treatments and where you are going to store all of the items you are bringing from your other house and things such as:

The decks need to be installed.
Your sod or hydro seed needs to be installed.
Organizing the way you are going to function in the new house.
Don't forget your homestead tax if you live in Michigan
